A homespun, handmade hobby to business venture, PrettyThingsFromPickle is now in its 7th year of trade.
Fondly named an ’emporium of loveliness’ what started as a few button earrings and simple cards being sold at the weekends as a hobby has seen Lily Pickles – creator and director of PTFP, hang up her uniform as a staff nurse to focus solely on the business.
PTFP is based in the beautiful setting of Marazion in Cornwall, and with a love of colour, polka dots, buttons, love-hearts and all things pretty and handmade, this lovely little emporium was created. Everything you will see is made by hand, by Lily in her studio, with the welcome company of her 2 cats and often Mumma Pickles and her knitting!
A lot of the trade for PrettyThingsFromPickle is through the personalised section of the business. We LOVE creating personalised cards, scrapbooks, invitations, plaques.....we take many commission orders.
