They are made with dichroic coated glass fused to clear Bullseye. The dichroic glass is in shimmering shades of green/turquoise with a blue colour shift. COE 82, suitable for float glass. Sprinkle a small amount of the powder between two pieces of clear float glass and fuse in the usual way. The powder creates a bubbly surface to the glass and you can mix the blues with the yellow to create green. Second image shows turquoise and yellow bubble powder together.
