I customise bags by adding my own designs. I use a product called Flex Transfer Paper to create my designs. I also make my own Bag Charms and Keyrings. Any requests please message me. Postage - I will post within 2 working days of payment received. I will send 1st class to the UK. If outside the UK please contact me for a quote for postage before you make a purchase. Returns - If you are unhappy with any item for any reason please contact me. If an item is faulty I will be happy to give a full refund if the item is returned to me in an unused state within 7 days of receipt. Postage costs will not be refunded.
