It is a bib style and quite heavy, fastens at the back of the neck with a secure and easy to fasten foldover magnetic clasp in bronze tone with tiny gems. The nature of the beading means that its quite tactile and some of the medallions don't lie flat but are raised slightly like little cones, this is part of the construction of this handcrafted one off item. The finished item is a delightful oval brooch measuring approximately 5cm high x 4cm wide. It has Victorian elegance. Please note the central gemstone is a natural gemstone and has a few striations in the colouring which are naturally occuring.
