Half wool and half acrylic, this gorgeous yarn caught my eye instantly. It was so wonderfully soft that I simply had to have it! And afterwards, of course, it just got tucked away into my woolbox, because I didn't know what to do with it.

I took it out recently, when I joined Raverly, and gave it a thought. I knew it had to be simple, but elegant, and I was fairly sure it was going to be a scarf, to show off all the cute stripes in different colours. So I ended up with what I call "mock cable", which is a simple rib pattern moved a step every now and then. I love it, and I hope you will as well.

The scarf is wonderfully soft and light, it measures 15 x 190 cm (6 x 76 in) and it doesn't have fringe. It just doesn't need any. :) Colours include bright and ripe strawberry red, orange and pink.

This scarf was made by me in my pet- and smoke-free home.
