This piece gives one of the reasons i enjoy colouring wood. After wire brushing the whole piece until the right texture was achieved, several shades of spirit stain was applied to gain my desired seasonal colour.The underside of the piece has a more orange/rust red effect. Signed and dated using English and Runic script.
