I wanted to make a range of items that are a cross between a card and a small gift. I thought that a garland would be perfect, as it can form part of the decoration on a special occasion and the addition of the large tag offers plenty of room for a personal message. Long after ordinary cards have been discarded, the recipient of your greeting has a pretty keepsake to remember the occasion!
