You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Additional terms

All items should be paid for within 24 hours of purchase. As soon as items are paid for then I will post within 1-3 working days by 1st class Royal mail. Items that need to leave the UK will also be posted within 1-3 working days. They will be posted 1st class Air Mail. If for some reason the customer needs the items sent recorded delivery then an extra £1.00 will be added to delivery costs. I will have to cover it as my delivery costs are low and would not want to pay out of my own pocket. All items are put into a pretty Organza bags and a box then put into a padded envelope. All items that you see in my shop are already made hence quick distribution. I will only except refunds for a valid point, for example... If the item was to get damaged on route. Any issues to do with sizing I will not refund as I state all sizes in every description. But hopefully there will be no issues and you will be happy with your item as that is what I aim for, HAPPY CUSTOMERS!!! xxx If you are wanting to purchase a bracelet, PLEASE check your measurements first before purchase. If you use a bit of string or ribbon, wrap around your wrist and measure against a ruler you should end up with the correct measurement. Add on 1cm or 1.5cm and you will have a comfy measurement for your bracelet.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
