It's time vegetarians could enjoy animal heads on the wall like the rest of us. I'm sure you didn't even know your life was lacking this coo trophy. But it does!

This is a Scottish Highland Coo trophy. Designed and handmade by me. I cut all my trophies free hand without patterns - it's more fun that way! It will give any room a real fun twist and it will get people smiling.

I made it using a lush blue wool. And what could be better for a Scottish Highland coo's horns than tartan? It has dotty cotton inner-ears and the cream nose is felt as is the eye. The eye has an embroidered heart shaped glint.

The fringe is needle sculpted out of green wool and finished off with a few strands of green yarn.

I have always been big on contrasts and the vibrant fabrics of the coo needed a balance. The piece of aged, rough wood does just that.

It measures 38cm for side to side of the horns.
