You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

I aim to ship 1-3 working days after payment cleared. For commissions, expect 3 - 4 weeks lead time. UK Customers: To ensure safe delivery I ship all items via Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day), £6.90. International Customers please note: you are responsible for any potential import fees/taxes levied by your countries borders. International Customers: To ensure safe delivery I ship all items via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed For, £10.90 (Europe) or £11.30(US and other International). Your item should arrive within 5-7 days of posting, however this is dependant on airport Customs at your countries borders, and can take up to 6 weeks. I want you to feel completely happy with your purchase, so please feel free to contact me with any problems or concerns you may have about any items. I will issue a full refund of the purchase price (less original postage) for items returned within 14 days of purchase. Please return items in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition and send using a 'tracked and signed' for delivery method. Custom orders are non-refundable. Commissions welcome. Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
