You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Payment Payment must be received and cleared within 7 business day. If you wish to cancel an order for any reason, please contact me within 48 hours of placing your order. Shipping UK Orders: All cushions are shipped by Royal mail 1st class recorded delivery. Shipping should take between 3-5 days. INTERNATIONAL Orders: Approximately 7 days for shipping. International tracked and signed delivery. IMPORTANT NOTE: International buyers are responsible for any and all Custom Charges Taxes & Additional Postal Fees. Refunds and Exchanges It is so important for me that you are happy with your purchase, if you are not, please contact me immediately and I will arrange a refund. Provided the item is returned in its unused original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
