An original miniature ink painting.

Painted on good quality 300gsm watercolour paper using an ink pen and Derwent inktense blocks

Measures just 2.5 inches x 3.5 inches.

ACEO stands for Art Cards Editions and Originals. They are highly collectible miniature works of art, easily displayed in a photo frame, photo album or on a miniature easel.

Please note that the mini easel is NOT included in the sale, however I do have mini easels available in my shop as an add-on to this item here:

It will be well packaged, protected by card in an ACEO collectors sleeve.

As with all water-based art, to keep it at its best it is important to display this painting out of direct sunlight and away from damp/humid conditions.

The art chat thread on the folksy forums decided to have a challenge - to paint an Autumnal picture using only 3 colours to include a golden yellow. I used a golden yellow, a bright red and a dark blue to paint this, mixing the read and blue to get purple, and the yellow and blue to get greens. I also used a black pen - do you think I was cheating? I think I may have to do another one to be on the safe side!
