27cm x 27 cm The image of The Green Man has been pained on a single piece of dark green glass and then fired in a kiln. The variations in colour are achieved by shading before firing. The Green Man is enveloped in oak, ivy, mistletoe and hops. It will come with a chain for easy hanging from a window.

The mythology of the Green Man is fascinating, and seems to interest a wide range of people. I've only just started placing my work on Folksy, but this is one of the most popular images among my present customers. I have a strong interest in folklore and particularly enjoy drawing variations on this theme.
