I’ve always done what my Dad still refers to as “doodling”. I’m a “maker”. What I don’t have in my art and craft cupboard(s) isn’t worth having (or should be added to my wish list!).

Purrnickerty and his friends came from my doodling, and the fact that we have always had cats. I’ve seen sulky cats, stroppy cats, mad cats, jumpy cats, affectionate cats and noisy cats. But ALL of our cats have had personality in abundance. You’ll see that Purrnickerty doesn’t do anything that a cat can’t do. I made this decision early on – when I realised that he was going to become a big part of our lives.
