I have made this brightcotton poplin short nightie in size 12/14. It is A-line shaped and sleeveless with a little gathering across the front above the bust. It is made of a 100% cotton poplin with pink and white cotton gingham binding and a gingham bow detail at the neckline. It is 93cm long (which comes to just above the knee on me and I'm 5'6").

I have struggled to find a cotton nightdress in the shops that I like and that I could use on a cooler summer night, or as summer cools into autumn or on holiday, so I made one for myself like this. I have made this one to see if anyone else has been looking for the same thing. I think it would make a lovely gift for someone.
