Established in 2013, BertyB is a Scottish design company that creates bold, unique printed textiles that celebrate the perfect imperfection of the makers mark. A pattern maker at heart with a natural mid century aesthetic, BertyB is particularly influenced by the post second world war textile movement and Scandinavian design.
Passionate about incorporating hand created elements into her work, she builds up her prints organically through hand silk screen printing and believes an irregularity within a repeated pattern breathes life into the structure as it gives us something to investigate and interact with .
She is passionate about working with UK suppliers and sources linen from the last working linen mill in Scotland along with fair trade leather for her bags and homeware products. BertyB designs, hand prints and manufactures all her products in-house from her country studio in the heart of the Kingdom of Fife, in Scotland.

All items are currently being hand made to order so please allow up to 7 days for your purchase. However if you need your item quickly please contact us and we will try to sort something out pronto. Should there be any problems regarding orders or delivery times quoted, we will make contact via email to keep you updated. Shipping fees pay for the postage cost, packing materials, boxes and envelopes. All shipping is standard, the post office man ensures me. We want to make you happy so we try to ensure that all items are perfect for you. However if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact us and we will make it right.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
