Oh, where to start..? A perfect fusion of blocked patchwork, hand quilted with a cream border infused with hand appliquéd leaves and Suffolk Puffs. What more could a girl ask for? Liberty Tana Lawn pieced front and back, making the reverse as quietly beautiful as the front. quilt measures 129cm x 137cm. Oh… and the top and bottom of this quilt are 100% cotton along with the batting (the cuddly bit in the middle of the quilt that keeps you warm). This means that you can machine wash this at 40 degrees and tumble dry and she will come up as good as new… every time.

These fabrics were stacked one on top of the other and they screamed, "Do something with me!" i wanted to start to encourage knitters to sew and sewers to quilt and here was the perfect example of a fusion. I love the easy colours and beautiful sequencing inherent in this quilt.
