You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Additional terms

I accept payment through paypal. Shipping- I ship via first class mail in UK and AIRMAIL for international. I ship next day where possible or within 3 business days. Please be aware that AIRMAIL can take between one and four weeks to arrive. Please note, I always ship to the address given by PayPal, although if the address on the Folksy Transaction and Paypal are different I will email the buyer to double check which address the buyer wants me to use. If you need something in a super hurry, let me know and I will do my best to accommodate your request. Tracking / Insurance- My standard shipping methods (1st class Royal mail and Airmail) do NOT include tracking or insurance. Exception is made for shipping original artwork. For international shipping I use Airsure. Postage in UK is recorded delivery. This is for extra protection as original work is irreplaceable. Refunds and Exchanges- I want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order (though I aim for 100% satisfaction!) please notify me and I will do my best to resolve any issue.
