Everyone knows the traditional Memory Game - or 'Pelmanism' as it was first known.

We offer two sizes of sets - the 24 x 7cm cards and 48 x 5cm cards.

Remember that you can use some or all of the cards, with a very young child maybe just 2 or 3 pairs to help them develop. The game is good for memory in those with cognitive needs too, I've used it professionally with the elderly in particular. All in all, a super game and not surprising that it is still popular after over 120 years!

Each set of cards is packed within a 2-piece cardboard box with a printed label. The whole thing is then shrink-wrapped.

Did you know that it was originally devised in the 1890s as a memory training system? It was advertised as a system of scientific mental training which strengthened and developed your mind just as physical training strengthened your body. It was developed to expand "Mental Powers in every direction" and "remove those tendencies to indolence and inefficiency".

We don't make any such claims, of course, but we DO know that it is great fun for all the family, even the smallest can play with less cards.
