You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

I send lanterns by Royal Mail Special Delivery post. Other items are sent with Royal Mail standard first class delivery. International orders will be sent by Royal Mail international post and all customs, duty fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. I do not mark international orders as "gift". Unfortunately I can not guarantee delivery times on Royal Mail's behalf. Lanterns are wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap and packed in a cardboard box to send. I endeavour to use recycled packaging wherever possible to keep packaging costs low and to help protect the environment. Please note that as each lantern/decoration is hand-punched, no two lanterns/decorations will ever be completely the same in appearance. Some designs, particularly the placing of the paisley patterns, may slightly vary to those shown. The lanterns are not toys and should not be given to children. Due to the nature of copper punching, there are sharp/rough edges inside the lantern. Please ensure you never leave a burning candle unattended.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
