We are based in Tamworth, Staffordshire and welcome collection by yourself or a courier on your behalf. However in both cases, please contact me first as a satisfactory mutual agreement is the the best way to happy finalizing of transaction. We ask that collection be made within 10 days of your purchase due to a shortage of storage space. Returns: We want you to be happy. Additional Information: FURNITURE: All The Blissful Art furniture has been preloved. It may therefore show signs of its previous life. Please bear in mind that we update furniture and do not erase their past but simply we are giving them their second chance to being loved. CUSTOM SERVICE: As well as selling vintage furniture I am open to commissioning order- just get in touch and I can take it from there. MEASURING UP: Please take the time to measure up. Keep in mind that your new furniture will need to fit through your doorways, hallways and staircases. We are not responsible for any furniture that does not fit upon delivery. (Please contact me for specific dimensions of furniture). GLASS ITEMS: Due to its fragile nature glass items are difficult to send, so in that case there is no return accepted.I always send glass as insured delivery and securely packaged. You are always welcome to collect your glass yourself to avoid delivery cost.
