Bob the bear is hand crocheted in Bath, UK. It is made using soft Baby Bamboo Yarn, perfect for your little one to cuddle and play with. Sewn in eyes and nose and mouth, all sewn together with 100% cotton thread and stuffed with polyester stuffing.

Bob likes to sit in the sunshine under a tree in the park and enjoys being taken on picnics in the park this spring and summer.

I got the idea of making bears from scratch from my late Grandma Blakey who made knitted rag dolls for me as a child, which I still have and treasure them. I love the uniqueness of each bear, different facial features gives the bears character.

My Granny Cox taught me how to crochet just last summer, I have found crochet so much easier to do than knitting. I love creating new things from just a ball or two of yarn. It's very exciting seeing a new project coming to life.
