You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

We currently ONLY accept paypal payment. We do NOT accept personal cheques, money orders or direct bank transfers. Payment is due at time of purchase. Once payment is received, your item will be shipped. Orders not paid for within 24 hours will be cancelled and relisted, unless otherwise notified. Packaging: We take great care packaging each and every Crafty Cloth item to ensure not only it is safely dispatched but looks pretty whilst on route! Please note that customs/fee’s and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer. Please note: items will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 7 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made. GARMENTS MUST BE UNWORN! Ensuring your paypal shipping address is correct and matches your Etsy address is vitally important, so please do so prior to making a purchase. Shipping: All UK orders are shipped via 1st class recorded Royal Mail (unless otherwise discussed) Do you ship Internationally? of course we do, anything to spread a little of crafty cloth! All international orders are shipped via Airsure with a tracking number. PROOF OF SHIPPING IS KEPT ON FILE FOR ALL ORDERS. Refunds and Exchanges If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt. Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item. GARMENTS MUST BE UNWORN!

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
