Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Additional terms

As this item contains consumable, edible items, a refund can only be issued if the teas AND the presentation box have been unopened. This is to prevent contamination of the consumable items. For a full refund to be considered all items must be returned as they were sent, in the same, undamaged packaging. If an item received is faulty, please let us know straight away, and please take photos of the fault so we can quickly and easily deal with problem. User error is not a fault. Please note that we cannot offer a refund if you don't like the taste of particular teas! All items are sent Royal Mail 1st Class. Please get in touch if you would like purchase additional tracking for your item(s). Please remember that, especially during busy periods, Royal Mail 1st Class Parcels can take up to five working days to reach you. If, after this time, your item has not been received we will do our best to help you track it down. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the right shipping address is given. If your parcel has not arrived, please check with neighbours and your local Post Office. Only when these checks have been made can we resend an item. Proof of postage is obtained with all orders.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
