Botanical Stoneware Bird Feeder
Description
This bird feeder is handbuilt from buff colored stoneware clay, the roof is coated in oxide to give this mottled blue and white colour, and the small relief details around the lip of the feeder are glazed in a duck egg blue glaze, I have created botanical designs on the feeder which cover the roof, inside and underside of the house.
It is intended to hang from a garden hook or in a tree. Fired to 1260c to make it good and strong this item can be left outside all year round.
Simply place bird food inside the house and the birds will be able to perch on the lip at the opening and take the seeds and bread from inside.
This bird feeder measures approx 21cm x 18cm.
As with all my items they are made to withstand our harsh climates, however I do recommend removal during strong wind.
