I have sewn from being a child and have been making Christmas Stockings and decorations for a few years now as HighPeakDesign. I have also been asked to make numerous wedding garters so I decided to open a new business purely for the Wedding Accessories, hence Cecilia-Rose was born!
I love the luxury of pure silk and have based the majority of the garters on silk and silk satin with some in vintage lace. They are all custom made to order. See the colour chart for all the available choices.
