MAIL CRAFT MINI 2: A DIY ARTISTAMP WORKBOOK

This interactive mini zine is printed on gummed (lick & stick) paper so once you have filled in the blanks with your faux postage ideas, you can cut them out, lick, stick & use them as artistamps, straight away!

Simply packaged in a plain, self-seal cellophane packet & measuring just 7.5 x 10.5cm (approx.) this 8 page mini-zine workbook encourages you to start doodling & designing your own faux postage, directly onto the page. Get your ideas down on (gummed) paper!

Workbook includes various prompts, including faux postage 'frames' to be filled with your designs, faux postmark blanks for you to add your own wording, a gallery page to archive your own or collected artistamps, and suggestions of other aspects to consider when designing stamps, or maybe a whole faux Post Office!

There is also a tiny tutorial, including 2 full colour patterns/charts for cross-stitching some faux postage!

This mini zine is a continuation of my fascination with & enthusiasm for faux postage - possibly erring toward the slightly evangelical... Coinciding with the launch of my new mail art project, Friends & Faux, I wanted to create something which would encourage others to get creative & discover the joys of artistamps for themselves.
