Fastens with velcro to make it easy to use.

The outside can be wiped clean. Lined with 100% cotton flannel and with a layer of thermal blanket inside for good insulation.

Measures by 16.5 cms high and 32 cms long or 39 cms long including the fixing tab.
Measures by 6 1/2inches high and 12 1/2 inches long or 15 inches long including the fixing tab.
