Item details

Beautifully finished handmade bronze wire earwires with a trefoil design, each one approximately 17mm from top of earwire to bottom of trefoil. Made from 0.71mm wire with smoothed ends to ensure comfort when wearing. They are carefully made and shaped by hand, filed and polished, hammered and tumbled for strength and shine.

You will receive 10 pairs of earwires. These will be made to order when you purchase - please allow up to a week for me to make them.

Your earwires will be carefully packaged before despatch.

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

I do hope you will love your purchases. If, however, you change your mind within 7 days, I'm happy for you to send the item in new, unworn condition, back for a full refund. Return postage will be payable by you. In the unlikely event that your purchases arrive damaged, I will of course refund in full on receipt of the damaged items. I may be prepared to accept photographs of the damaged item and its packaging as proof - please contact me and we can arrange for you to email them to me in this instance. Please note that items within the UK will be sent by first class post unless they have a combined value of £35.00 (before shipping) or more, in which case they will be sent out by Special Delivery. This will not incur an additional cost to the customer. Should you wish to have lower value items sent by Special Delivery, please contact me and I can arrange for you to pay a small additional fee. Items outside the UK will be sent by Airsure or International Signed For regardless of the item cost. Please be patient when awaiting your delivery - much as I wish the item to speed its way to you, there are sometimes hold-ups in the shipping system that are entirely beyond my control! Should the item incur any customs charges, these will be payable by the customer. If an item is returned to me because the charges have been refused, I reserve the right to deduct any charges from the amount refunded to you. I do not accept returns of items I have made to order, unless they are faulty.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
