We have slowly been giving our home an overhaul for the last 5 years(!). Having finished the living room we were struggling to find furniture that wasn't mass produced and bland. I decided to sort this out by making my own side tables. I wanted something that would fit in with our current contemporary style, but that would also suit a different scheme should we decide to change it again in the future. We are really pleased with the end result and have received a lot of praise and compliments from visitors and guests.
