The body of this Traditional Style Carriage Clock has been handmade using reclaimed wooden floorboards sourced from a local salvage yard, detailing has been added with driftwood twigs collected on my many visits to the beautiful Norfolk coast and the finishing touches are two vintage brass claw feet and handle.

On the back there is a hinged door to access the clock movement, and a hand stamped recycled copper Reclaimed Time label. The clock has a quality quartz movement and takes 1 x AA Battery (not included)

This one of a kind clock would complement any home or make an amazing gift for a friend or loved one.

I love using reclaimed materials and driftwood. Normally I let the natural shape of the materials dictate the style of the clock I make. With this clock I wanted to try something different and follow the design of a beautiful traditional carriage clock.

This was quite challenging and took a long time to complete as each piece of wood had to be cut to shape and made to fit into the design, but I am very happy with the finished product.
