This is Lizzie, she is a big19'' curly haired blonde with golden suede paws and an embroidered silk nose. She is not a quiet bear as she has an authentic cardboard growl. She is 1 of only 2 which makes her even more special and she has a union jack ribbon sewn on her bottom showing that she is proud to be British .Her eyes are glass and she is stuffed with firm poly pillow stuffing which makes her strong, firm but still cuddly. Like all Louise's bears she has a wobbly head which falls into your arm when you cuddle her along with a little elephant tag in her ear. She is hand stitched and designed by Louise.
Louise only makes a few bears a year now and has had many featured in bear magazines and in collections all over the world.
Lizzie will make a lovely gift to add to your collection, or make a family heirloom.
so please love her and hug her , she will never answer you back!!

I started making bears after making a big fur coat and having some fabric left over. i wanted to make bears that reminded me of the bear i had had as a child.
i had broken my back and discovered that i could sew lying down although now i sit!
i do hope you love my bears and will give them a good home.
