Authentic 100% indigo dyed denim cotton yarn. Yes it's the real thing! I love it and have made so many knits with it. your knits will last and last and are machine washable.

Just like your favourite jeans this yarn will gradually fade and improve over time.
This yarn is not colour fast so will have to be washed with dark clothing.
This yarn shrinks during its first wash, so to insure you have a great final knit your tension should be knitted slightly looser than normal. I can send you both before and after washing tension samples for your reference.
I have heaps of denim cotton in fine medium and chunky weight/thickness...enough to keep me knitting for several lifetimes which is why I am selling it! So do let me know if you would like a few balls or cones.
The ball of denim in this listing is my chunkiest thickness. If you knit with one strand I recommend 4 1/2mm needles. I have also knitted this cotton with two and three strands of this yarn for really chunky knits which are great!
