Beautiful hand crafted heart made from quality blue polka dot fabric (also on reverse), with a little label "it's a boy" on the front.

Finished off with a blue ribbon printed with a pram and "it's a boy" hanging loop and a blue flower button.

The heart measures approximately 14cm width and 13cm height excluding hanging loop.
