Beautiful hand crafted heart made from quality pink polka dot fabric (also on reverse), with a little label "it's a girl" on the front.

Finished off with a pink ribbon printed with a pram and "it's a girl" and embellished with a pink flower button.

The heart measures approximately 14cm width and 12cm height excluding hanging loop.
