Rookery I
Description
This is the first of a set of three lino prints depicting a rookery set within a group of wild looking trees. Looks great framed alone, or buy the set and frame them as a triptych (please visit my shop soon for details). Signed original print, printed area approximately 10cm x 15 cm. (Frame not included.)
Inspiration
A recent stay in the countryside where we were awoken by a large flock of rooks who were resting in a clump of nearby trees. The noise was tremendous! I loved the contrast between the dark trees and birds and the pale morning sky.
