This is a lovely handthrown stoneware teacup, made by handknitted pottery in County Durham.
It is glazed with an oatmeal (off-white) glaze inside and out, and a lovely blue on the rim.
The cup is microwave-safe and dishwasher-safe, and the glaze is lead-free.
Approximate dimensions: 8cm high, diameter of rim 12cm.
I have several of these cups and can make more if you need. If the listing is active, I have at least one in stock.
I will combine postage if you buy more than one item at the same time.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT HANDKNITTED POTTERY - ITEM PHOTOS AND RETURNS:
If you buy an item it may be the one shown here or it may be a 'sibling'. The siblings are very similar but not identical twins! Being handmade, each piece of pottery is individual.
The photos are for illustration only and colours may not appear exactly as they do on a monitor.
I think you'll be delighted with your pottery! But if you're unhappy for any reason, or just change your mind, you can return the mug within 7 working days (from the first working day after you receive it) for a full refund of the item cost and the postage - all I ask is that if there is no fault you pay the postage back to me.
One of these is now my favourite cup - I mainly use it for coffee and the shape is reminiscent of those French breakfast bowls.
