This striking belt is made entirely from recycled sari silk yarn from India and no pictures that I am able to take will ever do this item justice!

The main belt is crocheted using a simple treble stitch, while masses of tassled fringe is added along the bottom edge, The entire top side of the belt is a series of button loops, which are used to fasten the belt using the hand-made clay button. Due to the loops stretching for the entire length of the belt, this item is a 'one size fits all' scenario.
