About the felt ::
There are 3 basic types of felt: Acrylic felt, Wool Blend Felt and Pure Wool Felt.
Pure Wool Felt is gorgeous but very expensive, which is why Wool Blend Felt has proven so popular with so many crafters. Originally paper-and-string sold 30% wool blend felt but now we stock 40% Premium Wool Blend Felt. Not only has it got 10% more wool, it's also softer, stronger and better quality. It's still a natural product and there will always be slight differences in weight per colour BUT Premium Wool Blend Felt is much more consistent, and the colours...they are amazing!...and the best bit? The price has stayed exactly the same!

approx 1mm thick : approx. 30cm x 180cm
Felt is cut directly from the roll by hand, we try to cut every piece 100% perfectly, but there can sometimes be tiny discrepencies with sizes...after all a rotary cutter held in a hand is not as accurate as a machine...but so much more fun to be around!
