Returns Policy
You have 7 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Due to the nature of handmade jewellery, there may be slight variations in the designs shown, but this is very minimal. All jewellery is copyright protected. If you are found to be using any images or copying any jewellery that is designed and made by Aura without permission, legal action will be taken. Returns and exchanges can be offered in special circumstances, but will not be available on purchases of earrings due to hygiene reasons, rings or custom design orders All jewellery is posted via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. This will require a signature when your order arrives at your delivery address. We aim to have your order posted within 3-4 days of your order being placed and received, although at weekends, busy periods during the year and holidays there may be a slight delay, but we will always keep you notified of any changes. If you require your order by a certain day, please contact Joanna at info@aurajewellery.com and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. All items are sent securely packaged boxed and in bubble wrap. Every item leaves in perfect condition and we cannot be held responsible for breakages in the post.
