Handmade cot quilt/throw the fabric is new 100% cotton. The top layer is made from white cotton with 6 Broken Star pattern squares in centre using small gingham - one blue, one lemon, one pale green, one pink, one lilac and pink/turquoise/very pale green they are then placed in a white border, on both long sides I have used the same small gingham in all the colours with the white cotton and pieced into a stripe, it then has a white border, the next border is again using all the small gingham/white and pieced into squares and finally another white border. It is edged with the same white cotton. Using 2oz polyester wadding, the third layer is white with printed small leaves. I have quilted using white cotton in the centre panel with straight lines 1" apart and then sewn in the joins of the borders.

It is machine pieced and quilted.

I would recommend washing at 30 degrees.

It measures 104 cm x 114 cm.
