'Our wooden crates are made from quality Pine wood and are 15mm thick as standard (most online crates are only 10mm thick!) all timber is treated and is planned for a smooth finish. We also make these crates using galvanised T nails and use wood glue for extra support.'
These crates are treated and are for outdoor or indoor use.

Returns Policy
You have 7 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

At Personalised Crates we want you to be happy with your purchase, If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt. Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item. Timber is a natural product and is therefore prone to splitting, warping, expansion & shrinkage especially in extreme weather conditions. This will not affect the structual integrity of the product but because it is a natural occurance we cannot except returns on this basis and the crates will not come with any guarantee's. Please note: Items which have been personalised cannot be returned or refunded. 1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 7 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. 2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. 3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. 4. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
