Handmade woollen flowers, made using a loom & sewing technique, and firmly attached to an elasticated hair fastener during the making process.

This set is supplied as 2 hair fasteners, each with a varigated blues & lilac flower with central yellow stitching.

These flowers measure approximately 5cm in diameter and are made in such a way that they can be 'fluffed up' from a flat(ish) flower to a very 3-dimensional one, depending upon your preference.

Made so that the colours are contrasting, yet complimentary. These hair fasteners are available in many colours if you require a colour I have yet to list feel free to contact me to see if I have anything suitable, as I have so many of these I can't possibly list them all, although I do try to only make one pair of each colourway, unless I particularly like the combination!
They are also available as slides and in larger sizes of flower, please ask for more details.

My niece (4) uses them as bracelets! She automatically put them on her wrist when I gave her some, and they looked great! I'm currently looking into other yarns to make the corsage type of affair that kids wear for proms!

I'll list them as soon as I've perfected them & found a suitable wrist attachment.

I always love learning new techniques, and trying new crafts, so when I heard of using looms to make flowers, I couldn't resist having a go!

I can honestly say I'm hooked! Its an addictive pastime, that is so easy & quick to pick up that I made my 1st & just kept going, hence having loads of these at home ready to list, as well as for my hair, and my niece thinks I'm the greatest she's had all my 1st trials.
I'm anticipating a lot of enquires once she starts full time school in September!!
