It's never too early to introduce a child to the world of numbers and these handmade dinosaur number decorations, not only allow children to begin to recognise numbers, but also start them on their first stages of counting.
These decorations will make a great gift for any little boy, whatever the occasion, or make the perfect addition to any bedroom, nursery or playroom.
Each number is handcut from felt, padded and handstitched in colour coordinating thread.
Ivory ribbon is attached to the top of each number to allow the numbers to be hung wherever you wish.
Various shades of handcut dinosaurs are then handstitched and added to each number.
Each number measures approximately 13cm high and 10cm wide.
Please note, these numbers are not suitable to be used as toys and are for decoration only.

Inspiration
Working as a teacher of young children for many, many years I have always watched with amazement, awe and sheer pleasure at a child's thirst for knowledge and understanding from a very early age. Loving craft I set about creating products which not only are decorative but are also educational too.
These number decorations are a great way to decorate a child's room and to introduce him/her to the wonderful world of numbers.
Seeing the shape of numbers is the first stage of number recognition and counting the amount of dinosaurs on each number introduces a child at a very early stage to understanding the value of numbers.
There's no reason why decorations can't educate too!
