You have 7 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Additional terms T&C's: Payment I accept paypal for purchases on Folksy. If you wish to make a mail/cheque order please message me - please note that items won't be dispatched until payment has been cleared. If I do not receive payment or have had no contact from you within 5 days of order, the order will be cancelled and the item re-listed. Postage I aim to dispatch all ready made items within 2 working days of payment. Small items will be sent by large letter where possible to give you as cheap a delivery cost as possible. Larger items will be sent by 2nd class postage - I find this is often just as quick as 1st Class. Orders of £20 and above will be sent by courier as standard - all items can be sent by courier if requested. Signed for service will be additional £1.25 per package. Orders over £50 will received signed for service as standard. I am happy to post overseas - please contact me with your location & the item/s you are after & I will add the postage costs for your location to the listings :-) Returns I am happy to accept returns if for any reason you are unhappy with a product. Items must be returned within 7 days or receipt, unused, in original packaging and in a re-sale condition. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact me for further instructions and return address. Please note that custom items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Stock Availability Ready to ship items are only available for online sale on Folksy, however I do use them at local events. In the unlikely event that they sell twice in one day and I don't have enough to meet demand I will make you an exact item to order if possible or refund you if necessary. Photos All of my logos and photos are copywritten to Victoria Rose Crafts & may not be reproduced without prior permission - if you wish to blog about an item you have bought from me I am happy for you to use the image, but please link back to where you bought it from :-) All pictures are taken of the actual product, however if there is more than one available, being handmade yours may differ slightly from the one shown (this is what makes handcrafted items unique). Please also be aware that colour can vary from monitor to monitor depending on your settings. Custom Items I mainly use Folksy for ready to ship items and my website for custom items now. Please visit my website if you wish to make a custom purchase. However, I can list custom items on Folksy if you would prefer and can make most items you see in other sizes and colours. Please message me with your requirements so a custom listing can be created for you. Please note that custom items will take approx 1 week to complete and ship, possibly longer at busy times (such as Christmas).
