he once was big
but then he shrank
he once was manly (in an owlish sort of a way)
but now... not really
but he hopes to you
that he'll appeal-y.

(p.s. frank was never actually big, but he likes to think that he was... so i made up the shrinking story, it makes him feel better. He is actually only 3 inches tall, and always has been. Bless. He was actually never very manly either. shhhhhhhh!)
