Blue corset with wheat sheaf motifs
Description
This corset has been made to look like a C18th garment using modern fabrics. All the braid is sewn on by hand, and the topstitching and wheat sheaf motifs are handsewn; the wheat sheaf designs are each done in a continuous 12 metre length of thread.
Size wise it will fit measurements
Bust 31"
Waist 27"
Hips 31"
This garment can fit sizes of up to an inch larger on each measurement, accounted for by the back facing panel.
Inspiration
This corset was inspired by a beautiful period garment I always used to come across when I was researching for Uni projects, and Im delighted to have had the opportunity to produce my take on it a few years on.
