Shabby Chic , Retro , Vintage style Crate Side table with drawer
Description
Here is a unique shabby chic storage solution perfect for the country cottage or sea side retreat. The crates are made from recycled pallet wood and have a rough and ready "working life" appearance. Each crate is fitted with a small drawer to keep those odds and ends tucked away. The fronts of the two drawers have been match with a single piece of pallet wood giving a natural flow between the two units.
They have been given a coating of wax and buffed to a subtle sheen.
This crate would look grate in the bathroom, lounge as a sofa table or as a beside table for some shabby chic style.
The 2 units are a matched pair.
The size is 55cm high X 35cm wide X 27cm deep.
Inspiration
I wanted to make a quality piece of furniture, recycled from wooden pallets but still showing the industrial roots of the wood.
