Handpainted floral cushion with pom-pom trim
Description
Is it art or is it a cushion? Well, in this case it is both! A cushion that is made from cotton blend cream coloured fabric handpainted with early summer flowers including lupins, bluebells and yellow daisies. I have used acrylic paints but mixed with textile medium to ensure the painted fabric remains soft and pliable and paints dont' flake. I have edged the cushion with pretty jasmine green pom-pom trim to compliment the floral brights!
The cushion has an envelope style opening and is made to comfortably accomodate a 14" inner pad...although it could take a 16" one for a plumper effect!
The envelope opening has a decorative ric-rac trim and a generous over flap.
The cushion measures approx 15" square and is fully lined and inner hems are zig-zag stitched to prevent excess fraying.
Cushion inner is not included but can be provided for a small additional charge should you wish..please message me at time of purchase.
