This is Minerva, she has been made from a turquoise adult sized sock.
Minerva is a Witch and comes complete with a black pointy hat and black dress. Both of these have been made from black felt with black ribbon decoration. Neither are removable.
Minerva also comes with a brown felt broomstick which is not attached to her.
